If your item is available we will ship it immediately the next 1-2 business day . However if its not in stock your item will take 4-5 business days. Pre orders take up two weeks !!!! 

PICK UPS:

If you select pick up at check out, in the notes section PLEASE include your email and contact number! We must have a way to contact you. Pick up hours are from 9am-9pm . You must let us know an hour before hand .

If you’re looking to exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We are not offering returns at this time. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you must reach out to elysiandboutique@yahoo.com within 48-72 hours after you receive your item. If you receive a faulty or destroyed items please email us NO later than 48-72 hours after receiving your package with a picture of the item.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
